Houston Information – Search area breakdowns for this Metro

The metro area of Houston has almost eclipsed Chicago as the 3rd largest metro in America. For the purposes of search, since there are multiple city names and area, I have included a series of maps and addition information. Since most of my clients want to live in a specific area, like The Woodlands, Katy, or Fort Bend County, I will highlight these areas on the maps. However, if you are searching in a different area or for a specific school district (ISD), I can accommodate you too.

Typically, apartments are a bit less expensive in the beltway area between 610 and Beltway 8. The northern area of Spring, Cityplace or Spring Creek, The Woodlands, Conroe, Katy area, and Fort Bend are some of the newer areas and their prices are higher than the apartments built 20+ years ago. . The center area within the 610 loop and the Texas Medical Center area tend to be more expensive and consist of midrise, high-rises, and some townhomes.
